Get-N-Go Shuttle FAQ

Pets and service dogs are welcome. A fee of $20 will cover their seat in the shuttle. Pet owner is responsible for any mess or damage caused by their pet.

We require children to be in appropriate car seats for their age. We can supply a seat if needed. We can also store your child's seat while you are on your trip and will have it reqady for your return trip.

When booking, you will be asked to provide 1/2 payment for your trip. A trip can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to start of ride. After that, trip deposit is non-refundable. Remaining half is due at start of ride service. No late payments will be allowed. Cash or Credit Card are accepted.

For your comfort and health, and that of our drivers, our vehicles are kept clean and smoke-free. There is NO smoking, chewing, vaping, or alcohol consumption in our vehicles.  Seat belts must be worn at all times. Bottled water can be provided if ordered prior to riding. 

Our normal shuttle and office hours are 8am-8pm Monday-Sunday.  Shuttles needed after these hours will have a 20% after-hours service charge added to their contracted ride total. 

We will monitor your flights on our end- no need to worry! We will be there to pick you up when you are ready!
